Happy Dreamer + A giveaway

by Peter H. Reynolds (Scholastic, 2017)

Hi, all! I’m popping in this week with a quick bookdrop thanks to Scholastic, who is giving away a copy of Peter H. Reynold’s latest. This book is a hefty dash of hope for children living with ADHD. Children with minds that are different and delightful and a gift.

Check it out:

You can learn more about Peter’s book here, and listen to him speak about it here.

Hi, Carter. Count me in! ADD runs in my family, so this would be a nice book to circulate.

Thank you for the opportunity to share this beautiful important book.

I absolutely LOVE this book by Peter! Last month a friend shared w/me a interview he did with Matthew Winner on his podcast, All The Wonders. It was pure JOY hearing right from Peter how this story unfolded and his own personal connection to it.

I am currently in my 3rd year as an instructional coach, but very excited to be returning to the classroom this fall teaching kindergarten – this title is on the top of my read aloud list!

If it’s Peter Reyonds, it’s got to be good. His books have a terrific message. Such a wonderful cover, too!

I am also a teacher, and I agree with Dani… his episode of All the Wonders was one to save and revisit. I loved hearing his refreshing perspective. Made me think a lot about students I’ve had and the student (and artist) I am…

    Thanks for featuring this book!
